The Mayor’s Youth Opportunity Showcase
This job fair focusing on young adults was Feb. 14 in Louisville. Hundreds of young people, ages 16-21, met with more than 40 employers who have summer jobs and part-time jobs after school, as well as full-time jobs for out-of-school youth, 18-21. If you were not able to attend the job fair and are between 16 and 21 years old, you can register to particpicapte in the Mayor's SummerWorks program or the Bullitt County SummerWorks program by going to the KentuckianaWorks home page and clicking on one of the SummerWorks logos. The Mayor’s SummerWorks Program
This program provides summer employment for more than 2,000 young people. Not only can you earn money, you can also learn important skills that prepare you for future jobs.
