Mayor's Office, High School Students Join Mayor Fischer to Celebrate National Manufacturing Day in Louisville

Mayor Greg Fischer celebrated National Manufacturing Day in Louisville with 40 students from Fairdale High School’s Heavy Equipment Science Program at Universal Woods in Jeffersontown today.

Louisville has a diversified and strong manufacturing economy, with companies ranging from automotive, home and appliance, machining, chemicals and engineering.
