If you've ever wanted to build your own website, start a business or even develop an app, it might be easier than you think; in fact, you could learn to do it all for free.

Anyone with a Louisville Free Public Library card can use the new service called Treehouse. It teaches people how to code, which could also open the door to hundreds of high-paying jobs.
