Ed Hart has no children in Jefferson County Public Schools , but he’s right there with teachers and parents hoping there will be no more snow days that push back the start of summer break back even more.

Hart, CEO of the group operating Kentucky Kingdom, pledged that the amusement park at the Kentucky Exposition Center will open on schedule, on May 24, and be open seven days a week through August.
