Date Published: 1/29/2014

Local businesses are being challenged by the Mayor to put thousands of young people to work this summer.

"Last year, we helped over 1,500 young people between the ages of 16 to 21 get jobs in the summer," said Michael Gritton, executive director of KentuckianaWorks, a partner in the SummerWorks program. "This year, the Mayor has upped that goal to 2,000."
