The Courier-Journal, Nia Center gets computer lab for adult education and cancer-research network

A new computer lab at the Nia Center on West Broadway will help adults earn high school diplomas and improve career skills, while also being available for medical research to help fight cancer.

The lab has 23 Apple computers that can be used by adults seeking career path counseling and GED preparatory classes, through Jefferson County Public Schools’ adult education program.
