In the dead of winter, some young adults have a chance to find summer jobs. Employers at the Mayor's Youth Opportunity Showcase want to fill more than 1,200 positions.

The jobs for 16 to 21-year-olds range from life guards and swim instructors, to maintenance staff. Even the Louisville Health Department is looking for people ages 18 and up with a valid driver's license.
