The Louisville Urban League released a report showing how the KentuckianaWorks Construction Pipeline program, which trains unemployed workers in construction trade skills, helped the Louisville Arena Authority put women and minorities to work on the KFC Yum! Center in downtown Louisville. The Urban League and KentuckianaWorks, Greater Louisville's Workforce Investment Board, are partners in the Construction Pipeline program.
