The city and KentuckianaWorks, the agency that administers local jobs programs, have opened the Kentucky Health Career Center at 746 S. 5th St., at the corner of Fifth and York streets.

The center is available for people to apply and train for jobs in the health care sector, where high-paying job opportunities are fairly numerous in the Louisville area.
