Mayor's Office, Louisville Awarded Grant from the Kauffman Foundation

'Summer Up' concept wins entrepreneurship challenge and $25,000

Mayor Greg Fischer and the Office of Civic Innovation announced today that Louisville will be awarded a $25,000 grant from the Kauffman Foundation’s “Recipes for Growth” Challenge.

Louisville participated in the Kauffman Foundation’s 2015 Mayors Conference on Entrepreneurship on Oct. 8, 2015, and was among a limited number of cities with proposals selected as finalists.
