A Message from Michael W. Gough, senior vice president
and chief financial officer:

I regret to announce that after nearly 20 years of exemplary service with
Norton Healthcare, Kimberly Maffet, R.N., MBA, associate vice
president, Workforce Development, has accepted a position with the
University of Louisville as interim vice president of Human Resources.
Her last day at Norton Healthcare will be Friday, Feb. 6. In her new role,
Kim will supervise a staff of 68, providing human resources services to
nearly 8,000 employees at the university. She will report directly to
Shirley Willihnganz, executive vice president and university provost.
