As KentuckianaWorks prepares to roll out its new College to Career employer paid internships program this summer, Louisville’s pipeline of talent attraction and support services will be infused with a much needed emphasis on local student populations and the small businesses that need intern search support. By partnering with Greater Louisville Inc’s (GLI) proven Intern to Earn program that focuses on regional talent attraction as well as Louisville Metro Government and postsecondary educational institutions, College to Career will complement current talent attraction activity and become part of a growing city-wide emphasis on economic development through workforce investment.
